Dosage

Mix 1 serving (4 scoops - 280 g) with 454 - 908 ml of water or milk and take 2 to 3 times daily. We recommend taking one serving in the morning and the second dose after training. On a non-training day, take 1 serving as a snack or as needed.

The product's composition seemed very good, which was the primary reason I decided to purchase it. I am not always able to eat properly, so my carbohydrate and protein intake was often insufficient. I have been using it for five weeks and am completely satisfied. I work out four times a week; I drink it after training, and on other days, I sip it throughout the day. Since then, my muscles have become firmer, and I have visibly transformed within four weeks. If someone else had said this, I wouldn't have believed it. I have gained approximately 1 cm in thickness everywhere, with no fat gain whatsoever. I am extremely satisfied with it. ✓ Pros: It tastes good and dissolves easily. If your shaker has a mixing ball, you only need to shake it briefly before it is ready to drink. ✗ Cons: When adding one serving to 3 dl of water in an average 7 dl shaker, it becomes full, so you need to add more water during consumption. However, this is a minor issue. Some people prefer it thicker.

The product's composition seemed very good, which was the primary reason I decided to purchase it. I am not always able to eat properly, so my carbohydrate and protein intake was often insufficient. I have been using it for five weeks and am completely satisfied. I work out four times a week; I drink it after training, and on other days, I sip it throughout the day. Since then, my muscles have become firmer, and I have visibly transformed within four weeks. If someone else had said this, I wouldn't have believed it. I have gained approximately 1 cm in thickness everywhere, with no fat gain whatsoever. I am extremely satisfied with it. ✓ Pros: It tastes good and dissolves easily. If your shaker has a mixing ball, you only need to shake it briefly before it is ready to drink. ✗ Cons: When adding one serving to 3 dl of water in an average 7 dl shaker, it becomes full, so you need to add more water during consumption. However, this is a minor issue. Some people prefer it thicker.
