Now I'm on my 3rd cycle...after 2 days of use, it pumps up my muscles strongly...and I have another 26 days to go :D. I recommend using it with HMB and Creatine. A clean cycle of these substances. Everything from Gymbeam looks like a very high quality product at half the price of the overpriced products that don't work for me.
