The product is then sent to independent German laboratories for testing of heavy metals, microbiology, amino acid profile, and nutritional values. Dosage

Composition
Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 30 g) with 200 to 300 ml of water or milk in a shaker. This provides your body with at least 22 g of protein and 6,5 g of BCAAs. Take 1 to 3 times a day according to your needs and total protein intake.
- With water, the drink is lighter; with milk, it is creamier and higher in protein and calories, which is suitable for bulking.
- You can also add the protein to porridge, smoothies, yoghurt, or batter for pancakes and muffins.
- You can also use the unflavoured version in savoury dishes, for example in pizza dough, sauces, or soups.
