Fruit flavors contain lyophilized powder, meaning freeze-dried fruit. Dosage and Usage
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 30 g) with 200 to 300 ml of water or milk in a shaker. This provides your body with at least 22 g of protein and 6.5 g of BCAA. Consume 1 to 3 times daily as needed and according to your total protein intake.
