Berry Blitz Flavour: 100% glutamine, citric acid, flavouring, colourant (beetroot), sweetener (sucralose).
Dosage
Unflavoured: Mix 1 serving (5 g = 1 and 3/4 scoops) with water or juice in a shaker and stir. Take 1-2 times daily.
Berry Blitz Flavour: Mix 1 serving (6 g = 2 scoops) with water or juice in a shaker and stir. Take 1-2 times a day.
