The gloves are made from a very, very thin material that does not help at all, neither in providing a better grip nor in preventing blisters or protecting the skin of your palms to any extent. Wearing them is as if you were not wearing gloves at all, except that you also lose the better adhesion you have with bare palms. For me, nearly perfect gloves; the material could not be better. The only drawback is the fastening: after two months, the dry Velcro barely holds.
