How to use lifting straps? 

1. First, thread the end of the strap through the loop to create a knot.
2. Pull the loop over your hand so that the free end rests on your palm. Then tighten the loop so it’s not too loose.
3. Next, place your hand on the bar (with an overhand grip) and wrap the free end of the strap around the bar one or more times.
4. Finally, secure the wrapped strap with a firm grip. Repeat the same process for the other strap, and you’re ready to start lifting.
5. To release the strap, simply let go of the bar and unwind it.
