EAA – a complex source of essential amino acids important for building and maintaining muscle mass

EAA is a complex dietary supplement and a great source of essential amino acids, which have a number of important functions in the body. They are used mainly in the formation process of proteins, which act as the main building blocks of muscle mass. Another amino acid contained in this product is phenylalanine, which is important for the production of hormones and neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, which affects mood, thinking and other brain functions.

Tryptophan boasts a similar function, and is a precursor of a neurotransmitter called serotonin. The latter contributes to the regulation of sleep, mood, and appetite. Among the ingredients, you will also find histidine, which is also no less significant for the production of certain enzymes and hormones. It is considered essential, especially during childhood. That said, even adults may find that its natural production might sometimes not be enough.
