Products are typically rated based on taste, texture, and perceived effects, i.e., subjective elements. I decided to measure the impact on testosterone enhancement. The measurement began in April 2025 and was repeated in March 2025. Measured values: blood testosterone level, free testosterone, and active testosterone level. It is important to note that I started this journey at the age of 50. For one year, I consistently took DAA daily; after some time, I switched to DAA Plus. Additionally, I took tribulus, alpha-male, and a product from GymBeam or another manufacturer, but these were taken intermittently. Result: My testosterone level increased by 1.5% over one year. The amount of free testosterone decreased by 7%. The amount of active testosterone decreased by 8%. In other words, overall, my usable testosterone deteriorated by 1.5%... I am not a doctor, and I am no longer young, but despite intensive, regular, and persistent use of these products, practically no change occurred in my blood. Of course, if one's testosterone production happens to drop sharply between the ages of 50 and 51, then this is excellent, as I essentially retained the same amount...
