Crispy Granola Hawaiian is an extremely delicious granola made of oats, which will help you to easily prepare a nutritionally rich breakfast or snack. It is also enriched with a mixture of dried fruits, such as baked raisins, bananas or exotic fruits in the form of pineapple and papaya. It also contains coconut oil, sunflower seeds and chopped hazelnuts. A natural sweetener in the form of honey will help its extremely sweet taste. In addition, it can be proud of its high content of fiber, protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, but also the optimal ratio of beta-glucans from oats. These beta-glucans help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels and reduce the increase in blood glucose after a meal rich in oats. Crispy Granola Hawaiian provides at least 1 g of oat beta-glucans per serving (45 g), which is up to 33% of the recommended daily dose (3 g).

Ingredients

Mornflake oats (60%), mixed dried fruits, nuts and seeds (18%), baked raisins (8%), sweetened dried bananas (4%) (banana, coconut oil, sugar, natural flavors), sweetened dried pineapple ( 2%) (sugar, pineapple, citric acid, preservatives: sulfur dioxide), sweetened dried papaya (2%) (papaya, sugar, preservatives: sulfur dioxide), coconut oil (2%), sunflower seeds, chopped hazelnuts , sugar, palm oil, honey (1,5%).

        

Dosage

Take one serving (45 g) a day.
