Choline & Inositol are vegan capsules containing choline and inositol. They are often classified as B-group vitamins, but they are vitamin-like substances. Choline is found naturally in the body and is formed in the liver. It is important because it contributes to the metabolism of homocysteine and lipids, but also to maintaining proper liver function. Inositol has a glucose-like molecule and is found in the cell membrane in the human body. The body creates it itself, but one can also take it from the diet.
