    I have known and used the seeds for half a year. I soak it in green smoothies (green drinking juice) for a few minutes, blend it with vegetables and/or fruit, and it's ready to drink. In the morning before breakfast. It fills you up, you're not very hungry afterwards. Totally tasteless. So far, I have only eaten it raw, but I will also bake and cook it. I can only recommend!

    It goes without saying that if the digestive system is good, then everything is better, you can already feel its beneficial effects. Half a kilo is quite a lot, as they are really very small seeds, so a few spoonfuls/day will last quite a long time. I just put it in plain yogurt, sometimes with a little oats, in the morning or before bed.
