Cashew cream with vanilla is a sweet nut spread made from five carefully selected ingredients. Cashews from Côte d’Ivoire make up 65% of the ingredients, so their nutty flavour is the first thing you will notice.

Cane sugar provides the sweetness, shea butter gives it a smooth texture, and ground vanilla and vanilla flavouring provide the aroma. No emulsifiers, no preservatives, no hydrogenated fats. It is also free from GMOs, lactose, gluten and artificial sweeteners.

The cream has a thick yet pourable consistency, so you can spread it or drizzle it over food. It is salt-free and high in beneficial unsaturated fats.

Shea butter gives the cream a smooth texture without palm oil. It comes from the fruit of the shea tree in Burkina Faso and melts at body temperature, so the cream melts easily in your mouth. It is commonly used in the food industry as an alternative to cocoa butter. It makes up 10% of the cream and helps it stay smooth without separating.
