Lemon Flavour: water, stabiliser polydextrose, acidity regulator citric acid, lemon emulsion (flavouring, colourant E 104 - may adversely affect children's activity and attention), taurine, L-carnitine, white emulsion (stabilisers E 1450 and E445), preservatives potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, caffeine.

Dosage
Use 1 bottle per day. Start consuming the drink approximately 20-30 minutes before physical exercise. The product can also be taken during physical exercise to replenish fluids. Once opened, consume the drink within 24 hours.
