ASAP True Whey is a whey protein concentrate also known by the abbreviation WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate). It is a protein produced using gentle CFM (Cross Flow Microfiltration) membrane technology, which results in a top-quality product. Recommended use

Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 200-300 ml of water. Take 1-3 times daily.
