ASAP Complete Bar is an irresistible protein fitness bar with fibre that will enchant you with its milky flavour. Depending on the specific flavour, it is complemented by chocolate or fruit in the form of pieces of lyophilised blackcurrants and strawberries. But there is no shortage of a great nutritional profile, dominated by a high protein content, which contributes to muscle growth and maintenance, as well as bone health. One bar contains 29 - 30 g of protein, depending on the flavour. Its source is milk and whey concentrate, which signifies an excellent amino acid spectrum. 

 

The nutritional complexity is also completed by selected vitamins and iron. Athletes and active lifestyle enthusiasts will definitely appreciate iron, niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cyanocobalamin), which contribute to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
