Recommended use

Mix 1 scoop (47g) with 200ml of water or low-fat milk. Take once a day, anytime during the day after training, between meals, as a snack or before bedtime. If you want to increase your protein intake and achieve a more delicious taste, mix 1 scoop in low-fat milk.

It works great for me, but I had even better results with the American version. It's a shame that you can't buy a more economical 10-pound bag here... It would still be nice if the e-shop specified what kind of chocolate flavor it is, because syntha 6 is produced in the following versions: Chocolate peanut butter Chocolate milkshale Chocolate cake batter Chocolate mudslide Every taste is different, milkshale is according to top for me, but now I got Mudslide and it's disgusting, something like strawberry and chocolate.
