This product is in the category Proteins just like that. It is almost a gainer with its 45% protein. It contains a lot of healthy fats and useful carbohydrates. I have tasted several flavors and overall I rate cookie cream and chocolate flavors as one of the tastiest proteins. Banana flavor is the opposite extreme. It is terribly artificial and almost undrinkable from the first dose. Only a few people finish the whole package.
