I don't know, maybe I had big eyes, but the poison didn't help. I recommend one to anyone who has problems with joints, as I've been through it, none of these "miracles" help, the only thing that does is rest from exercise, at least not stressing the sore part and collagen. Avoid it gives a good warm-up and you just need to take enough vitamin C, which helps the formation of collagen.
