Blueberry Vanilla flavour: Whey protein blend (whey concentrate, whey isolate, hydrolyzed whey peptides), egg albumin, modified corn starch (WaxyMaize TM), maltodextrin, freeze-dried blueberries (3%), vegetable oils [vegetable medium chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut oil], flavourings, emulsifier (carboxymethylcellulose), inulin (from chicory), sweetener (sucralose), citric acid, salt, vanilla crystals, colour (beta carotene).
Instructions
Add 1 heaping scoop (35 g) of PROTEIN PUDDING in a shaker with 150 ml of cold low-fat milk or water and shake thoroughly (30 seconds).
