Customer Experiences:

Most reviewers liked this protein pizza base for being easy and quick to prepare, with a surprisingly tasty, crisp result and good filling macros. Many noted the dough holds together well and works great for a higher protein, lower sugar pizza at home. A smaller group reported issues with taste and texture, including dough not rising properly or ending undercooked, and some mentioned ingredient or info changes.

Preparing the dough is a really horrible experience :D But if I mix in a little spelled flour, it can be worked out in the end... I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste. However, I was quite

I ordered cheese, immediately with two bags. It was a shame. It tastes really bad.

    pretty good :D
I only bought it for fun, I don't pay that much attention to the protein content of everything I eat :D but it's great that there is a powder that can be easily prepared and even increases muscle :D

    my first protein pizza
it is very easy to prepare, or bake the dough separately beforehand or at the same time with the topping. the composition is very pleasing. I use tomato sauce, olives, arugula and mozzarella as a topping, so I make a completely classic pizza out of it, without remorse :)

Answer to the one in front of me + question
Kota, the description is wrong, I don't think this will work because there is no yeast in it. Perhaps they should have phrased it as "let it rest". But that's unnecessary. Regardless, I would be interested in what is correct in the description now... 50 grams or 2 measuring spoons? Because the two hit each other. And it really doesn't matter what its texture will be. In order to achieve the doughy texture, I needed almost 3 measuring spoons to have a doughy texture, but I wasn't so thrilled with the taste (cheese-flavored).
