100% Whey Gold Standard is one of the top in its category. It is a unique combination of several types of whey protein and therefore has a high quality protein content. As a result, it contributes to growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass. However, it also supports the maintenance of normal bone health. excellent taste, solubility, high price, the best protein in terms of tasteWas this review helpful to you?André

excellent taste (I had banana, milk chocolate and strawberry) no foaminess composition + price - definitely the best protein I've had. I've tried the nutrend and FA brands so far, but they didn't even remotely catch on. But they weren't even caught by the price. If it was a little cheaper, no problem. Was this review helpful to you?Ivo

Quality, taste, price (because it is the lowest) price (despite the fact that it is the lowest, so last year I bought it cheaper from you) I chose the product because it is the protein of the year, I don't know how many years, so it is definitely a guarantee of quality . It was mainly recommended to me by my nutrition mentor. It is relatively well soluble, tasty, healthy. I recommend it for the same reasons I bought it.Was this review helpful to you?rasto

but I don't know what to write. I think this product is top notch and wins protein of the year every year for a long time. It's probably the best advertisement :) I can't say anything negative. I don't see any objections, it's a great product. I have it for the first time but I bet I'm going for it only praise. it's quality tested by timeWas this review helpful to you?Fero

With regular exercise, it is necessary that the protein you take has trouble-free availability. For two years, I used Whey Better from the Slovak manufacturer BIO5, which for me is top quality. But they have unbelievably badly handled logistics, and so Whey better is unavailable for more than half a year. I tried Brutal protein, incredibly bad tasting protein. Worse than its taste is its solubility in milk, which is almost zero. This was the reason why I chose this protein. The composition is good (lacking BCAA) and has perfect availability, taste, solubility and content. Was this review helpful to you?
FAQ
100% Whey Gold Standard - Optimum Nutrition features a multi-ingredient protein blend that combines three distinct sources of whey. The formula includes whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, and hydrolysed whey protein isolate. This combination provides 24 grams of protein in each 30-gram serving. The different forms of whey are processed differently, which contributes to the product's overall profile and creamy consistency. It is designed to deliver high-quality protein and is low in sugars.
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey delivers 24 grams of protein per 30-gram serving. Protein is an essential macronutrient that contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. This product provides a blend of whey protein isolate, concentrate, and hydrolysate to supplement your daily protein intake. Consuming adequate protein is a key component of a diet aimed at supporting muscle development in conjunction with a consistent training regimen and a balanced diet.
For 100% Whey Gold Standard - Optimum Nutrition, the recommended times for consumption are in the morning, after your training session, and before bedtime. Taking a serving at these key moments can help ensure a consistent supply of protein throughout the day and support your dietary goals. The product is designed for flexible use to fit into your daily routine and supplement your protein intake when needed.
The formula for 100% Whey Gold Standard - Optimum Nutrition is built upon a blend of whey protein isolate, concentrate, and hydrolysate. Whey protein is a complete protein source, meaning it naturally contains all essential amino acids, including branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). For a complete list of all components and their amounts, please refer to the nutritional information on the product's packaging.
100% Whey Gold Standard - Optimum Nutrition is a high-protein, low-sugar supplement, providing 113 kcal and 24 grams of protein per serving. Protein can be a valuable part of a calorie-controlled diet. However, this product is a food supplement and not a meal replacement or a weight loss product on its own. Sustainable weight management is best achieved through a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and a healthy lifestyle. This product can help you meet your daily protein goals within that framework.
Each container of 100% Whey Gold Standard - Optimum Nutrition includes a serving scoop for convenient measuring. One level scoop provides a 30 g serving. The scoop may settle into the powder during shipping, so you might need to look for it.
To prepare a serving of 100% Whey Gold Standard - Optimum Nutrition, mix one 30-gram scoop with 180-240 ml of cold water or low-fat milk. For best results and a smooth consistency, it is recommended to use a shaker bottle. Shake well for about 20-30 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved. Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your desired taste and thickness.
