C4 Original is a carefully formulated pre-workout that is suitable for strength and endurance athletes. It combines several functional ingredients to ensure you get the most out of it. The base is the stimulant caffeine, which when consumed at 3 mg per kg of body weight approximately one hour before exercise, contributes to an increase in endurance performance.
