The Multi-Storage Blend Bottle Shaker consists of three parts. The largest compartment has a volume of 450 ml and is intended for mixing and carrying powdered supplements that are already prepared with water (or other liquids). The middle section is designed to hold any capsules or tabs. The bottom part is ideal for storing yet unmixed powder supplements, which makes it useful if you want to bring a scoop of protein, BCAA or creatine with you. The shaker is also equipped with a practical whisk ball that will help you blend your liquid supplements perfectly, without forming any lumps. How to use the shaker

Simply pour the desired amount of the nutrition supplement powder (protein powder, creatine powder, or pre-workout booster) into the shaker, add water, milk or juice, close it tight and shake until the powder dissolves. Thanks to the whisk ball inside, the powder dissolves quickly and after a few seconds your favourite drink is ready to be consumed. After use, rinse thoroughly with warm water and let to dry.
