Milk Thistle Oil - cold-pressed virgin oil from the seeds of milk thistle

Milk Thistle Oil is a virgin oil obtained by cold-pressing the seeds of milk thistle, resulting in a premium quality product. This oil is rich in beneficial healthy fats, with a high proportion of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, which should be emphasized in our diet. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels in the blood.

Due to its properties, milk thistle oil is particularly suitable for cold dishes. It works well in dressings for vegetable salads or as part of a dressing for meat or pasta salads. Alternatively, you can consume it on its own by a spoonful to increase your intake of healthy fats.
