I purchased this supplement along with chromium, garcinia, and synephrine to lose weight. Currently, I feel uncomfortable; at a height of 173 cm, my weight is 69 kg, whereas before the war I weighed 60 kg. I bought it with the aim of losing these 9 kg. It may not seem like much, but... I eat normally, home-cooked meals, without fast food. I consume plenty of fruits, vegetables, salads, and home-raised meat from the market; everything is stewed or boiled, with almost no frying. The only issue is that I do not exercise and have become less active. I thought these dietary supplements would help me lose at least 3–5 kg, but I am already halfway through the bottles with zero effect. Perhaps weight would decrease if I exercised, but with or without supplements, it would still drop due to physical activity. Therefore, unfortunately, I am not satisfied. There are still no miracle pills that prevent calorie absorption without physical activity. By the way, I consume between 1,200 and 1,500 kcal per day, which is normal for an adult; I simply move very little, so I end up burning only about half of that. I thought the second factor would be deactivated thanks to the supplements, but unfortunately, it is not.
