I give it a rating of 7/10. It works surprisingly well, but please remember that these are not magical capsules. The key to weight loss is exercise and calorie reduction. The only drawback I can mention is the low amount of L-carnitine. I would have increased the dosage by two or even three times, as the effective daily dose is 2–4 grams (2000–4000 milligrams). Thanks to the complex formulation rather than pure L-carnitine, there is an increase in strength, endurance, and energy. I took 2 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast, and another 2 tablets 30–40 minutes before training. In two weeks, I lost 3 kg. However, please note that you must perform cardio for at least 20–40 minutes, as only then does L-carnitine become active and, with the help of oxygen, oxidize fat and convert it into energy. This supplement is generally suitable for beginners and can be used as a healthier alternative to energy drinks (I do not experience such an effect from coffee or energy drinks as I do from this product). In addition to training, I play Counter-Strike at a semi-professional level, so I take 2 capsules before a game, which provides me with energy, mental clarity, faster reaction times, and alertness. In conclusion, I would like to say: If you think you can simply drink this and lose weight, that is not the case.
