Perhaps I am overdoing the combination of supplements, but I purchased Carnitine Tabs, Synephrine, Forskolin, and Nero. Given that I have a rather sensitive stomach, I have not experienced any severe reactions, as I consumed all the aforementioned substances almost simultaneously. I cannot yet comment on increased energy or overall well-being. The effect of caffeine in Nero is definitely the most noticeable; however, it takes effect with a delay of approximately one and a half hours after ingestion, during which a clear sensation of pressure in the head increases. It is true that I had already consumed coffee and an energy drink beforehand, but I will obviously discontinue them during the supplementation period, as that would be excessive within a single day. During training, I noticed minimal increased sweating after consuming everything listed above. However, this is indeed individual-dependent; for instance, despite intense workouts, I fortunately do not sweat much. Upon starting supplementation, it is also advisable to record your weight and perhaps track progress with selfies. Chills are barely noticeable; otherwise, there is no need to worry, as it keeps fatigue at a healthy level. My late-afternoon drowsiness is a thing of the past.
