My coach recommended that I do skipping rope at home, since unfortunately I have a lot to lose. I put on some good music and just jump as long as I can (or can't). It is practical, as it takes up little space, it is available here at a good price, the rope is very light and the size can be adjusted, so all members of my family can use it. I hope the handle won't break, it's made of thinner, lighter plastic.

I don't recommend it in any case, during the first training, a silver safety "ring" flew off one of the handles while jumping, and I tightened it before jumping :) ... so throw away the jump rope... unfortunately I no longer have an account to claim... otherwise the jump rope is fine.. but the fuse is inappropriate 2/10
