Dosage

We recommend mixing 2 scoops (10 g) of the product with 250 ml of cold water and consuming 1 or 2 servings daily between meals. On training days, take 1 serving 30 minutes before or during your workout.

Warning

Do not expose to direct sunlight. Store in a dry place in a tightly closed container at a temperature of 5 - 30˚C, out of reach of small children. The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Use within 6 months after opening.
