I've only been eating it for 2 weeks. Supposedly, 15g per day is allowed, but I usually soak 10 grams in about 60g of liquid. You have to let it stand for a minimum of 2 hours to take on the jelly consistency. liquid is your choice, I'm used to low-fat milk. When it's ready, I add fruit, bananas or peaches. Sometimes yogurt, but always sweetener. I make it as an after-lunch snack, I don't feel hungry afterwards, and I don't think that it would be good to eat some chocolate.
