So I finished it in 6-7 meals. A portion of 30 g from another brand. So if we take this as a basis and don't waste it like I do, it's enough for 10-11 occasions. In addition, compared to the other product, the price of this product is much more favorable. I would buy it again. Definitely a winner in its category.
