The texture is interesting, I'd describe it as a hyg pudding, so it's easy to apply and "sprinkle". It's confectionarily sweet, but not bitter, like Steve :P you can say it's pleasant. According to Samitasaim, it is enough for 30 servings of food. considering that it has 9 calories per 100 ml, it is very good to add to an oat pancake, porridge or fruit salad. I think I will buy more.
