However, over time, I developed a kind of life hack: under no circumstances should you add all the water or milk at once. Due to the high foaming tendency, the foam fills the entire 700 ml shaker, making it impossible to dissolve the protein quickly and properly. You have to wait for the foam to settle and shake again, and even then, there is no guarantee that lumps will not remain, even after repeating this procedure ten times. To ensure it dissolves perfectly on the first try, simply add a small amount of water (80–100 ml) first, and then add the rest according to your taste and preference.
