the effect of the composition is great, the taste is terrible
I ordered these BCAAs because they contain almost pure BCAAs. According to the composition, they have 95% pure BCAA and other ingredients such as taste, color, preparations for swelling... are only 5%. All this is great, but at the expense of purity, it can be felt quite a bit on the taste. Pure bcaa's are bitter and you can feel that bitterness in these. They are terribly foamy anyway and I throw away the foam after drinking it. Those who are used to AminoX, which tastes sweet but contains half of these BCAAs, will be disappointed. PVL - BCAA are also much tastier, but they also contain 20% flavorings. I drink BCAA for the sake of the BCAA, not for the flavoring, so I give this 95% 4 out of 5.

I use it before (5g) and during each training session (10g). Lemon Lime most refreshing during the heat. I even used them while hiking. Regeneration occurred much earlier, the muscle was not the same as before their use. Maybe they could dissolve faster. Otherwise great! Thumbs up :)

I have a blackcurrant flavor...they arrived today so I tried them right away. The powder itself is quite hot, but I don't feel the heat in the water. They are too sweet in that one. And unfortunately, even after almost an hour, those that have not dissolved still remain on top. But that can only be topped up with water, so if they do the job...next time I'll try lemon lime, hopefully it won't be so sweet

They also have a good effect... I used them in my diet when I couldn't have protein anymore and they helped.
