ASAP BCAA - an instant blend of BCAA amino acids, electrolytes, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, coconut water and coenzyme Q10, ideal for preparing a functional sports drink
ASAP BCAA is an instant blend of branched chain amino acids (BCAA), supplemented with electrolytes, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, coconut water powder and coenzyme Q10. It is a unique complex for the preparation of a functional sports drink. It is ideal for sipping before exercise, during and after demanding strength and endurance training.
The base consists of a trio of amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, known as BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids). These are essential amino acids, which our body cannot create on its own. Therefore, we have to take them from food, supplements and other external sources. In this supplement, there are also BCAAs in a ratio of 4:1:1 in favour of leucine.
No sports drink should lack electrolytes. Therefore, in this composition, you will find magnesium, calcium, sodium and chloride. Magnesium contributes to the electrolyte balance of the body and, like calcium, supports normal muscle function as well as the maintenance of healthy bones. Vitamin B6 also plays an important role in reducing fatigue and tiredness. It also supports normal energy metabolism and proper protein and carbohydrate metabolism. Last but not least, it also contributes to the proper function of the immune system, the nervous system and psyche.
The composition of ASAP BCAA is concluded by coenzyme Q10 and coconut water in powder, which is extracted from fresh coconuts. This gives it a refreshing, slightly sweet taste. This provides you with a unique product that you simply mix in water and within moments you have a refreshing sports drink ready for strength, endurance and team athletes and other active people.

Flavor: orangeThe scent upon opening may be off-putting, but once mixed, the orange flavor is excellent and aids regeneration wonderfully. However, there is one drawback: your hand does not fit easily into the container due to the smaller opening. This could be resolved by providing a longer handle on the measuring scoop.

Flavor: blue raspberryThere are two camps regarding BCAA. One claims they are a waste of money. The other, which I belong to, would stake their reputation on the fact that BCAA truly have a noticeable impact on recovery. One scoop after training works wonders, and I physically perceive better recovery. The drink is also tasty and refreshing. I can highly recommend the Blue Raspberry flavor!

Flavor: orangeExcellent, one feels much better after consuming it than when drinking plain water. Excellent solubility; I mix it in a shaker with 700 ml of water, as the recommended 300 ml is too sweet for me. The scoop is fine, and the container opening is sufficiently wide for dosing. The orange flavor is absolutely luxurious. I will certainly purchase more once it runs out, although I would welcome a larger package size than the current one.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Giovanni

Incredibly effective BCAA with visible muscle mass gains within a week of starting use. During my preparation for the amateur bodybuilding competition, I primarily attributed my noticeable muscle mass increases to this supplement. In terms of specific measurements, I gained 3 cm in my biceps, 5 cm in my chest, and more.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?Jakub

Flavor: orangeI have never seen a BCAA higher than 1500 mg, and this one contains 5000 mg. This product is excellent, as it has brought me many benefits, such as: An explosion of energy due to the vitamins it contains; it is very beneficial for joints and bones. At the gym, my elbows and wrists no longer hurt. It is a good and necessary supplement if you have resumed training after a longer break. In addition to energy and joint support, it is very beneficial for muscles due to the amino acids, which are not harmful. I feel greater muscle endurance, as they tear less easily and recover much faster. I recommend this product. I purchased the orange flavor and highly recommend it; it is excellent, and I would not recommend other flavors.Translated by Google Was this review helpful to you?
