BCAA Complex is a source of branched chain amino acids in the form of tablets. BCAA include there 3 amino acids - leucine, isoleucine and valine. These are essential amino acids that the human body cannot make. Each tablet of BCAA Complex contains 1 g of BCAA in the ratio of 2:1:1, so 500 mg of L-leucine, 250 mg of L-isoleucine and 250 mg L-valine.
