Excellent BCAAs, they work great, the results came surprisingly quickly. I appreciate the connection with lysine. I ordered the pill form based on the reviews that they are easy to swallow, even though I hate swallowing pills from the bottom of my heart. The pills were big for my taste, but I found that they can be chewed without any problems, so great, I have nothing to complain about! :D

I dosed 5 before and 5 after training, on a day off 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening.....it helped me personally, no problem when swallowing or digesting on an empty stomach, the effect is visible and palpable, it arrived in 2 weeks of using it under the dark. I rate it very positively, the price/quality ratio is great, I recommend it
