Dosage

We recommend taking one sachet within 15-30 minutes after training on training days. In case you want to achieve the desired results quickly, take 2 packets daily - just before and after your workout. In case you are taking a post-workout drink, apply Animal Nitro first and only after 30-45 minutes drink the drink. If possible, take Animal Nitro on an empty stomach and wash it down with 2 dcl of water.
