99.9% purity
Laboratory-verified by the manufacturer AlzChem as well as by GymBeam
Vegan
Original Creapure® from the only German manufacturer, AlzChem, with a laboratory-verified purity of 99.9%, packaged in our own certified factory in Germany. You can verify its authenticity using our QS code 18GM09 directly at creapure.com. With a serving of 3–5 g daily, you will manage 1-2 extra repetitions in your sets, accelerate ATP regeneration and achieve visually fuller muscles within 3 weeks.
Creatine Monohydrate 100% Creapure® stands on two German pillars. The first is the Creapure® raw material from the manufacturer AlzChem Trostberg. It is the only German manufacturer of creatine in the world with a laboratory-verified purity of 99.9%.
The second is our own certified factory in Germany, where we package this raw material into the final product. Our own production facility near Düsseldorf, Germany, holds the highest levels of certification such as IFS, BIO, GMP and HACCP. The AlzChem company oversees the production so that the ingredient cannot be replaced or diluted. No intermediate step, no contract packaging facilities in third countries. Both the raw material and the packaging are German, both under our 100% control.
And it is not just about the origin. Each batch of the Creapure® raw material undergoes HPLC analysis directly at the manufacturer, is certified according to FSSC 22000 and is included in the Cologne List®, which means that it regularly undergoes independent testing for banned doping substances.

Performance support during repeated high-intensity intervals
The most researched dietary supplement
Raw material and packaging from Germany
Creatine is a substance that the body naturally produces and stores in muscles as phosphocreatine. This is an immediate source of energy for the first 10–15 seconds of every intense set. Through supplementation, you will increase its stores in the muscles by 20–40%.¹
Muscles begin to bind water intracellularly (not under the skin). You look fuller and may gain 1–2 kg in weight. This is perfectly fine.
You will manage the last set more easily. During a squat, deadlift or bench press, you will manage 1–2 extra repetitions or add more weight to the bar. ⁵
Full muscle saturation. Faster regeneration between sets as well as workouts.
Creatine has more than 680 peer-reviewed clinical studies behind it – it ranks among the most researched dietary supplements of all. The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) identifies creatine monohydrate as the most effective ergogenic nutritional supplement currently available to athletes¹.
Furthermore, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has officially approved a health claim for creatine, which is rather a rarity for dietary supplements. Specifically, it confirmed that creatine at a daily intake of 3 g increases physical performance during successive short-term intervals of high-intensity exercise.²

Creapure® is currently offered by multiple brands. However, most of them merely order the raw material from Germany and have it packaged typically by small companies, which may not adhere to high hygiene standards and are not sufficiently inspected by authorities or the AlzChem company to ensure that they truly package the raw material as such and do not exchange it for something else or dilute it. There is a risk of cross-contamination and misuse of labelling.
We at GymBeam do six things differently:
We have been cooperating with AlzChem since 2018 – These are not one-off commodity purchases, but a long-term, proven and stable business relationship.
We have our own assigned QS code 18GM09. You can verify our transparency within a few seconds directly on the official website creapure.com under the "German Suppliers" filter.
We package the raw material in our own factory directly in Germany - the final product complies with the HACCP standard and has obtained 3 independent prestigious certificates: IFS, GMP, ISO.
We regularly test the final Creatine Monohydrate 100% Creapure® and publish the results of independent laboratory tests directly on the product page.
As we distribute the product directly to dozens of countries, we are subject to registration and strict inspection by European regulatory authorities. As one of the leading global sellers, we meet the most demanding legislative requirements in heavily regulated countries such as Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and France.
Within our company, we have dozens of experts in food safety, chemistry and ingredients, who possess adequate education and have dedicated years to the food industry. This is incomparable to small local brands, which often have it manufactured in facilities without certification or regulation. They do not register the products themselves and do not have a team of industry experts with adequate education and experience. Through their ignorance, they cannot even identify what they fail to adhere to in basic quality standards.

In conventional creatine, a portion of the serving consists of by-products of production. These are creatinine, dicyandiamide (DCD) and dihydrotriazine (DHT). It is precisely DHT that is potentially dangerous in larger quantities, which is why the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has mandated strict limits for impurities in creatine.
These are:
AlzChem compared 9 batches of Creapure® against 20 generic creatines from all over the world, and its results confirmed that generic creatines have an average DCD content of 110 mg/kg, which is more than double the EFSA limit. Whereas Creapure® had an average of 20 mg/kg of DCD, and thus 2.5× below the limit. DHT was not measured at all in the Creapure® raw material. In practice, this means that with unflavoured Creapure®, you get exactly 5 g of pure creatine in a 5 g serving. ²

The standard serving is 3 g daily, but according to recent studies, up to 5 g daily, every day, long-term.³ Many experts claim that with a weight over 90 kg, it is more suitable to take 5 g. Users who want to achieve benefits in the area of cognitive abilities and longevity often take 10-20 g daily.
It works with water, but in combination with carbohydrates or proteins (a protein shake, fruit juice, a meal), it slightly improves absorption through the influence of insulin.
1 scoop (5 g) mixed with 250–300 ml of water, juice or a protein beverage.
Take it at any time of the day - consistency is key, not timing.
You will achieve full muscle saturation in 3-4 weeks.
Take it on both training and non-training days.

The original Creapure® has characteristic crystals of various sizes (mesh ~80, similar to granulated sugar), because it is formed by natural crystallisation from the so-called mother liquid. Larger crystals dissolve more slowly, smaller ones more quickly. This is a sign of authenticity, not a defect. However, one should expect that Creapure® dissolves more slowly in cold water.
AlzChem does not manufacture a micronised version of Creapure®. If you see a product labelled as both "Creapure®" and "micronised" somewhere, it is incorrect labelling or a different product.
