Today, the guys and I tested the new "pre-workout pump" THE CURSE, as the packaging and the color of the stimulant reveal that it was really bad. The effect on an empty stomach started within 6-15 minutes and lasted for a long 1.5 hours. The whole time I had the feeling that I had been hit on the muzzle with a cactus leaf. I personally had a perfect "drive" and mental focus throughout the entire shoulder training without any negative feelings after the lats ran out. The taste of green apple is very refreshing and easy to drink even with a small amount of water, without goosebumps, so I still rate it as excellent :)
