Using the pad is easy. Simply slide the upper ribbed part into the bottom one on both sides. The bottom part is equipped with parallel lines for switching between the four positions. Once you have adjusted the level, place the pad on the floor and lie down on it so that it is approximately underneath the middle section of your back. Your spine should be following the central orange line. Try maintaining this position for at least 10 seconds, get up, and repeat the exercise as desired.
