Active ingredient complex (trans-3-phenyl-2-propene extract, glucosilized para-hydroxybenzyl and allyl isothiocyanate from sinapis-albis and cinnamomum-verum, Ascophyllum nodosum, silicon dioxide, stabilizer (alginic acid)), bovine gelatin capsules, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), zinc citrate, turbo complex (complex of alginic acid with phosphorus, astaxanthin, piperine and capsaicin), potency complex (catuaba, muira-puama, ashwagandha), pantothenic acid, chromium chloride.

Recommended use

Take 1 capsule daily for breakfast and 1 capsule for dinner. On training days, take 1 capsule for breakfast and 1 capsule 30 minutes before exercise.
