Protein Porridge is an instant oatmeal with a 30% protein content. It is also a source of high amounts of fiber, calcium and vitamins K2 and D. It is naturally gluten-free. Composition
Chocolate flavour: gluten-free oatmeal, milk protein isolate, coconut sugar, buckwheat porridge, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) 5%, inulin, rice flour, fructose, dark chocolate pieces 2.5% (cocoa mass, sugar, vegetable fat (palm, shea, illipe, sal, kokum, mango), cocoa, emulsifier soy lecithin), cocoa, acacia gum, aroma, sodium chloride, anti - caking ingredients: calcium phosphate and silica, menaquinone - 7 (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).
Natural flavour: gluten-free oatmeal, milk protein isolate, coconut sugar, rice flour, buckwheat porridge, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) 5%, inulin, fructose, acacia gum, aroma, sodium chloride, anti-caking ingredients: calcium phosphate and silica, menaquinone - 7 (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D). May contain traces of soy.
Raspberry flavour: gluten-free oatmeal, milk protein isolate, coconut sugar, buckwheat porridge, chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) 5%, inulin, rice flour, fructose, lyophilized raspberries 2.5%, acacia gum, aroma, acidity regulator citric acid, sodium chloride, anti-caking agents: calcium phosphate and silica, menaquinone - 7 (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D). May contain traces of soy.
Dosage
50 g = one serving. Pour the contents of the bag into a suitable bowl, pour 100 ml of hot (not boiling) or cold water and mix. Take a maximum of 2 doses a day.
