Ingredients 

Chocolate flavour: oat flour, whey protein concentrate (35%), powdered egg whites, dried skimmed milk, fat-reduced cocoa, oat flakes, chocolate powder 2% (cocoa powder, cocoa mass, sugar), olive oil, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).           

Vanilla flavour: oat flour, whey protein concentrate (36%), powdered egg whites, dried skimmed milk, oat flakes, olive oil, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).

Blueberry flavour: oat flour, whey protein concentrate (36%), powdered egg whites, dried skimmed milk, oat flakes, olive oil, lyophilized blueberries (1.5%), flavouring, beetroot concentrate (maltodextrin, beetroot concentrate, citric acid), sweetener (sucralose).            

Unflavoured: oat flour, whey protein concentrate (36%), powdered egg whites, dried skimmed milk, oat flakes, olive oil, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).

Recommended use and instructions 

1. Mix 2 scoops (50 g) of the Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix together with 100 ml of low-fat milk or water.
2. Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil to the frying pan.
3. Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
