With regular exercise, it is necessary that the protein you take has trouble-free availability. For two years, I used Whey Better from the Slovak manufacturer BIO5, which for me is top quality. But they have unbelievably badly handled logistics, and so Whey better is unavailable for more than half a year. I tried Brutal protein, incredibly bad tasting protein. Worse than its taste is its solubility in milk, which is almost zero. This was the reason why I chose this protein. The composition is good (lacking BCAA) and has perfect availability, taste, solubility and content.
