I've been using this protein slowly for 2 years before, I used whey core from Nutrend, it was an insoluble sticky concrete bubble, it foamed up to the neighbors, I washed the shaker for another week and drank it out of compulsion only because I was sorry to throw it away... Gold Standard from ON is excellent in terms of solubility and composition, just shake the shaker gently and it dissolves immediately, there is no reason to change it, I have already tried all the flavors except strawberry and tropical punch, a friend of mine tried them and it was disgusting, they tasted like very artificial, otherwise all chocolate/vanilla/caramel flavors are excellent, it doesn't matter which one you choose, personally I like rocky road (chocolate-caramel flavor), double rich chocolate (classic chocolate flavor), chocolate mint (chocolate/peppermint) the most

a terrible sajrajt caused me health problems after a couple of months of using protein (max. 3 times a week) I learned during a routine check-up at the doctor that I had catastrophic liver tests, a toxic liver that they wanted to hospitalize me. Except for the infectious one (!), the doctor informed me that I got it from this supplement. After stopping, everything went back to normal. I will never buy products from this brand or products from the USA again, it is not worth it for me to worsen my health condition and run around for doctors. Bad, bad, bad, I hope it doesn't happen to anyone. FYI, I had the double chocolate flavor.
