Excellent protein, you can see some of the changes in muscle mass and weight (they are going down the peg quickly) Before ordering, I read the reviews on this protein, it is said to be one of the best on the market, so why not. The reviews didn't lie, it fulfills the purpose very well. Disgusting taste of vanilla, if you drink it with water, after 2-3 glugs it will make you want to vomit, never more if you drink it with low-fat milk.
