The Shadow is a pre-workout with a range of functional substances and complexes that anyone who works out and likes to beat their limits will appreciate. One part of the complex is called Mental Focus Mind Lock. Its basis is caffeine, which, when taken at 3 mg per kg of body weight approximately one hour before exercise, contributes to endurance performance.
