the taste is good American GMO mix of starches, that's probably the biggest minus, the price, it plays on a super product, it's worse than mega mass, even smaller, in addition - factory-processed starches are stored by the human body, as well as animals, immediately into fat, it does not convert it into usable energy.

Gaining weight and increasing strength + Taste - So far the best gainer in terms of visible body change or weight gain (in my case, also belly fat), which is the most important thing for me. The taste is very synthetic, I had vanilla and strawberry. The solubility is average. I also sometimes it didn't sit on my stomach, but that's what's happening. It's still the best gainer I've tried and it will probably stay that way. I don't feel like experimenting anymore.
